About us

Agriculture is the main economic activity in Rwanda with 70% of the population engaged in the sector, and around 72% of the working population employed in agriculture. The industry contributes about 31% to GDP, and it stands out as one of the most strategic sectors in Rwanda’s development. It accounts for a more significant part of the foreign exchange earnings from the exports of products.

People knows Rwanda as home of mountain gorilla, wildlife safaris, adventure tours but the industry players has put minimum effort to promote Agritourism in Rwanda which is a negatively impact the revenue sharing on farmers.
